The PopUp System (“we,” “us,” “our”) helps organizers run pickleball pop-ups and related events. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect your information.

- Event data: Pop-up details, player names, scores, standings, and location info you provide.
- Usage data: Device/browser info, IP address, and app interactions for performance and security.
How We Use Information
- Operate and improve the platform.
- Run leaderboards and standings you opt into.
- Send transactional emails (invitations, reminders, receipts, support).
- Secure the service and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with:
- Service providers: Hosting, email (e.g., Resend), analytics, and payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to run the service.
- Legal or safety needs: If required by law or to protect rights and security.
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account and related personal data subject to legal/operational requirements.
Security
We use industry-standard controls (encryption in transit, restricted access, logging) to protect your information, but no online service is 100% secure.

- Update or delete your account data by contacting support.
- Opt out of non-essential emails via the link provided or by contacting us.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
